Update your WhatsApp to the latest version from Google Play Store.
Now head over to Google Play Store and search for an app called “sticker maker for WhatsApp”. Download and install it on your smartphone.
Once installed launch the app and you’ll see an option labelled “create a new sticker pack”. Tap on it.
As requested enter a name for your sticker pack and also enter the author name in the description.

Tap on the new list option and a page will open with empty stickers tray. Now add the stickers pack’s icon and then tap on the next try to add a new customised sticker.
